Indian River Urology is contracted with most major insurance companies. Our business personnel will bill your insurance company directly. All co-pays and deductibles are due at the time care is delivered. Once your insurance company payment is received, you will be billed for the patient responsible portion of your claim.
Medicare We accept Medicare assignment and will submit claims on your behalf. Questions regarding your specific insurance plan may be directed to our billing office.
Other Insurance As a courtesy, we will file insurance for you. Again, please address your specific questions to our trained billing staff.
