Marc C. Rose, M.D. attended Amherst College and The Ohio State University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree. Dr. Rose attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine where he received his Doctor of Medicine degree. He completed his Surgery internship and his Urology residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation where he served as chief resident 1985-1986. Dr. Rose is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Rose is a member of the American Urological Association, The American Association of Clinical Urologists, The Florida Urological Society, and the Florida Medical Society to which he has served as a delegate. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a clinical assistant professor of surgery at Florida State University College of Medicine. Dr. Rose is a member of the Indian River County Medical Society and served as President from 1999 - 2001. Dr. Rose has also been elected to the prestigious Southern Society of Urologic Surgeons, to which he currently serves as Immediate Past President. He has served as Chief of Urology at Indian River Medical Center and currently is a member of the hospital's Cancer and Operating Room committees. Currently, Dr. Rose serves as the Vice Chief of Surgery at IRMC. Dr. Rose has been named one of Indian River County’s Top Doctors by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd. and Vero Life Magazine.
Dr. Steven J. Hulecki
Steven J. Hulecki, M.D. attended Indiana University where he received his Bachelor of the Arts degree. Dr. Hulecki graduated with honors from the University of Rome College of Medicine where he received his Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Hulecki completed his Surgery internship at the Jersey City Medical Center. Dr. Hulecki completed his Urology residency at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, where he was chief resident from 1982-1983. Dr. Hulecki is a Diplomate of the American Board of Urology.
Dr. Hulecki is a member of the American Urological Association. He serves as a Florida delegate to the Southeastern Section of the American Urological Association. Dr. Hulecki is a member of the Florida Urological Society and is an active Executive Committee member. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the International College of Surgeons . He is a clinical assistant professor of surgery at Florida State University College of Medicine. He is a past president of the South Carolina Urological Association. Dr. Hulecki is on active staff at Indian River Medical Center and Sebastian River Medical Center. He has served on the Board of Trustees of Sebastian River Medical Center.
Dr. Hugo H. Davila
Hugo H. Davila, M.D. attended the Central University of Venezuela School of Medicine where he received his Doctor of Medicine and Surgery degree. He was a Clinical Reseach Fellow in Endourology at New York Presbyterian Hospital Cornell University from 1999-2001. Dr. Davila was a Postgraduate Research Fellow at the University of California Los Angeles Center of Health and Sciences, Department of Urology from 2001-2004. He continued his education as a research fellow at the University of South Florida in the Sexual Medicine Program in the Department of Urology. Dr. Davila completed his internship and residency at the University of South Florida in General Surgery and Urology. He served as Chief Resident from 2009-2010. Prior to his association with Indian River Urology, Dr. Davila was the Director of Urology at St. Joseph Health Center in Tawas, Michigan.
Dr. Davila is a Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Urology. He is a member of the American Urological Association and the North Central Section of the AUA. Dr. Davila is bilingual; speaking both his native Spanish and English. Dr. Davila is on active staff at Sebastian River Medical Center and Indian River Medical Center. Dr. Davila is accepting new patients in both our Sebastian and Vero Beach locations.
